While I am not a dietician or nutritionist and will not provide structured meal plans to help you reach an exact weight, I can create and curate recipes for you and we will discuss how they best fit your lifestyle and needs.

While I am not a personal trainer or instructor and cannot design workouts, I can certainly provide suggestions based on your unique goals.

If you are part of the Advanced program, I will teach you how to meal prep for a week based on your lifestyle and needs.
