While I am not a dietician or nutritionist and will not provide structured meal plans to help you reach an exact weight, I will create and curate recipes for you and we will discuss optimal times/ways to eat/how they best fit your lifestyle and needs.

While I am not a personal trainer or instructor and cannot design workout plans for you, I will certainly curate a list of my suggestions based on your unique goals.

If you are part of the Advanced program, I can come to your house and teach you how to meal prep for a week based on your lifestyle and needs. We will cook and batch the items together.
